MOSCOW, Jan 23 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service has satisfied an application by Lukoil-West Siberia, affiliate of oil company Lukoil, to acquire oil and gas producer Yuzhno-Sardakovskoye in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, the authority said in a statement on Wednesday.
Yuzhno-Sardakovskoye owns two fields in the district: Yanchinsky and Yuzhno-Sardakovsky.
